**Position Summary**:
This part-time role offers the potential to grow into a **full-time position**, including in-house training in **bookkeeping, payroll, and internal egg accounting systems**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones and directing inquiries
- Greeting customers and working collaboratively with team members
- Preparing and organizing customer orders
- Invoicing and accurate data entry
- Filing, general admin duties, and office upkeep
- Managing inventory and ordering office and packaging supplies
- Managing and creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Willingness to learn internal payroll processing
- Willingness to learn internal egg inventory and accounting systems
- Assisting with HR-related tasks and documentation as needed
- Supporting Office Manager and General Manager with additional admin tasks
- Posting Customer Payments to accounts
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Required**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent with computers and basic office software
- Social media skills across major platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to start immediately
**Assets (bonus, not required)**:
- Experience with HR or payroll
- Familiarity with Sage Accounting software
- Spanish language skills
- Prior experience in a busy office or customer service role
