Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
- Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and prevent stockouts
- Developing and implementing warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Supervising warehouse staff and conducting performance evaluations
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and accuracy levels
- Implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Utilizing Dynamics 365 and other technology to optimize processes
- Analyzing data and generating reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with order management team to organize and schedule expected deliveries
- Maximize productivity by effectively allocating available resources to successfully process the daily work volume
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing and dock activities and employees performance
- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
- Provide input and support for operational capability in new business opportunities
- Effectively communicate all pertinent information regarding process changes, goals & objectives, and operational results to employees
- Comprehend and administer all relevant policies and procedures in a fair & consistent manner
- Contact our procurement office if a mistake is identified
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as Warehouse Manager or similar position
- Experience with operating forklifts
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data and controlling inventory
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities
- Keen eye for detail
- High school diploma

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence would be an asset
- Class G Licence (preferred)

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
