we are a large tattoo studio based in North York. We have been in business since 2015 and we have grown a lot. we are currently expanding to our vaughan location and we are looking for induviduals who excel in costumer service and attention.

looking for an enthusiastic front desk receptionist who is eager to learn and grow in the business.

if you have experience managing or reception in a Hotel, Barber shop, or Hair stylist it will have a lot of similarities our this field

Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming clients upon arrival
- Sales promoting
- Scheduling clients as well as confirming appointments
- Checking out clients
- submitting weekly business reports (ie: KPI, Financial reports)
- Daily cleaning
- Weekly Inventory
- Supply runs (if needed)
- informing clients about artist and styles,after care, as well as shop policies

we would like to do a quick interview where we will ask questions in different type of scenarios as a front desk representative, this way we will be able to tell who can satisfy the needs and request of our costumers aswell as artist and management

you dont need to have tattoos but it will help knowing about them and procedure

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
