**Organizational Change and Project Management**

As we advance our digital transformation strategy, we are seeking a Change Management & Project Lead to drive the successful implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This pivotal role will lead change strategies and coordinate cross-functional projects, to support alignment between people, processes, and technology.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support leadership in driving progress across multiple digital projects, aligning teams to ensure successful system upgrades and organizational outcomes.
- Align project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to maintain shared understanding, coordination, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use project management tools and methods to plan, schedule, and track projects over multiple years, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
- Identify and manage risks, address resistance to change, and proactively recommend solutions to remove barriers and keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and stakeholder check-ins to ensure transparency and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Communications and internal teams to develop tailored communication and engagement plans that foster sponsorship, informed decision-making, and successful change adoption.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs that support staff through transitions to new tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Establish feedback loops and support mechanisms to reinforce learning and maximize adoption after implementation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform continuous improvement for future projects.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate project goals into actionable tasks.
- Champion a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement across the organization.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**

**1. Education & Training**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT, or related field preferred.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

**2. Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives and driving continuous improvement projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within cross-functional teams and balance competing priorities effectively.

**3. Skills & Competencies**
- Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels to drive change initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with expertise in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of change management and project management methodologies, adaptable to organizational needs.
- Proficient with digital tools and platforms that support collaboration, system upgrades, and process integration (e.g., SharePoint, ERP, CRM).
