**Location**: Remote within Canada (on-site presence required for strategic meetings, training sessions, and project milestones)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **Senior Organizational Change Manager (Change Manager)** to lead the successful execution of change management strategies and training programs for a critical project. The initiative involves replacing a legacy system with a modern platform built on Microsoft Dynamics, integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Financial components. This role ensures seamless adoption and transition for users across the organization, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.

**1. Change Management Strategy and Planning**
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans and schedules.
- Address resistance and manage risks related to change initiatives.
**2. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication**
- Build strong relationships with leadership, end users, and project teams.
- Develop tailored communication strategies and materials, including FAQs, updates, and announcements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and project teams, ensuring user feedback is incorporated into the project.
**3. Training and Development**
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps.
- Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, eLearning content, and video tutorials.
- Facilitate training sessions, ensuring all users are equipped to use the new system effectively.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
**4. Impact Assessment and Monitoring**
- Perform change impact analyses to evaluate organizational preparedness.
- Track user engagement, training completion rates, and system adoption metrics.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine strategies and materials.
**5. Project and Post-Implementation Support**
- Develop systems for post-implementation support, including follow-up training and help desk resources.
- Maintain updated training materials and resources post-deployment.
**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have Experience**:
- 8+ years in change management, including developing deliverables and managing risks.
- 5+ years in developing and delivering training materials (in-person and online).
- Strong communication skills with experience creating stakeholder-focused materials.
- Experience managing change initiatives in complex organizational settings.
**Nice-to-Have Experience**:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM and Finance).
- Public sector experience.
- Expertise in SharePoint Online and MS Office 2016 or higher.
- Demonstrated success in fostering stakeholder relationships at all levels.
**Educational Requirements**:
- Relevant degree or certification in Change Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Eligibility for Enhanced Security Clearance (includes criminal record and credit checks).
- Access to compatible equipment for Azure Virtual Desktop and related software (Windows OS preferred).
- Ability to travel for on-site meetings and training as required (travel costs not covered).
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM (Alberta time), excluding provincial holidays.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $95.00-$100.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36.25 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
