Change Management Specialist

**Description**
Our Client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to works with a program management team and/or leadership to assess, create strategies, map, and develop content to effectively analyze and execute a significant or difficult change initiative for procurement transformation. This transformation will require engagement/consultation, analysis, identification of risks, and developing various options to successfully transition target stakeholders from identified current states to a future state.
Work is onsite. Standard Hours of work are 8:15am to 4:30pm Alberta time, Monday through Friday. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Post secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience and education (e.g. Certificate in Project Management)
- Experience conducting change impact analysis. (5+ years)
- Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users). (5+ years)
- Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans. (5+ years)
- Experience with current methodologies and design thinking, especially in relation to improving service experience. (5+ years)
**Nice To Have Skills**
- Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
- Experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement. (3+ years)
- Experience in procurement processes with a large and complex organization. (3+ years)
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP. (3+ years)
**Location**
- Edmonton/On-Site
**Work Environment**
- 6 months with 1 possible 6-month extension
**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
