**Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Treatment Coordinator for our fully digital office with two specialists (endo and perio) and two general dentists. To ensure the best results we have an onsite lab where the principal dentist is responsible for designing all veneers, crowns, bridges, etc...

**Duties**
- Explain, book and follow-up on treatment with patients
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Coordinate patient scheduling and manage appointment systems to optimize office efficiency
- Collaborate with in house and outside dental specialists to improve patient care processes and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare management

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience (5+years) direct dental office experience is required**:

- Knowledge of Abeldent dental software along with MaxAssist
- Strong dental knowledge (admin & clinical)
- A diploma or degree is preferred, however experience will also be considered
- Knowledge of dental terminology, codes and insurance requirements
- Experience working with specialists ( Perio and endo would be a plus)
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and providers
- Comfortable working in a digital office
- Ability to work a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, evenings, approx. 32-40 hours per week Monday-Thursday and one weekend day per month, not in summer)

Office hours:
Monday : 8am-4pm

Tuesday : 1-8pm

Wednesday 12-8pm

Thursday 8am-4pm

One Sunday per month : 8:30am-4pm

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
