We are looking for a Pharmacy Partner Training Specialist to assist the team in onboarding new customers, improving the customer experience and helping the sales team with daily tasks.

**Location**: Remote (90%) and Thornhill (10%)

**Responsibilities**
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Engage new customers and complete onboarding and training
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to Pharmacy Partners
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
- Supporting the sales team and senior management with other administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular contact with customers to engage and ensure successful execution of services
- Develop and manage customer relationships
- Support the Sales team in planning and implementing sales strategies, and on-going measurement against the plans
- Schedule appointments for Sales Manager to connect with customers
- Update customers about current promotions and advertisements
- Other relevant duties

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience or customer training experience
- Ability to travel to various locations, if required
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and within a fast-paced and demanding schedule
- Target driven and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service and support
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, etc)
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
