Dealer-FX is the exclusive or preferred service technology provider for Stellantis, Nissan and several other OEMs in the US and Canada and has more than 2,000 dealership clients.

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized digital & social marketing specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will develop and execute both organic and paid (advertising) social strategies along with a variety of digital initiatives on behalf of our dealership clients. This role requires the ability to create consistent, meaningful content across all digital platforms as well as deliver results-oriented social advertising.

**Responsibilities**
- **What You’ll Be doing**:_

To achieve the overall objective, you will be working closely with our clients to:

- Build and execute digital and social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video)
- Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialogue and messaging
- Collaborate and direct creative design for digital assets as needed
- Regular updates to client websites using a variety of CMS systems
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on behalf of clients
- Develop effective paid social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and determine social advertising budget allocation
- Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Participate in ongoing program development, and monitoring of industry research, trends

**Qualifications**
- **What You’ll Bring**_
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing or related area
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google (Profiles, Analytics and Advertising)
- Automotive experience is an asset, but not required
- Experience using Facebook Business Manager and Ad Manager to develop ads
- Excellent attention to detail, well organized and self-motivated
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with copy accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with Google Analytics, tracking and tagging tools
- Experience using HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tools
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while respecting associated deadlines
