We are looking for energetic, highly motivated and experience full time or part time Medical Office Administrator / Phlebotomist to join Our team in Milton.

**Job Duties**:

- Act as first point of contact for patients who visit the clinic.
- Patient encounters: greet, health cards validation and obtain demographic information.
- Greet patients in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments
- Receive and direct all incoming calls via telephone and voice mail in a timely and professional manner.
- Receive and route messages.
- Document processing; faxing, mailing, scanning, laboratory results and reports, and data entry
- Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality in all patient-related transaction.
- Perform other duties as required by the job from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of Medical Office Administration
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a medical administration role
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of office procedures and medical terminology
- Experience working with electronic medical record systems, EMR (i.e., OSCAR) would be ideal.
- Proficient in typing
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing demands.
- Ability to maintain client and Centre confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations in a calm manner.
- Follow and maintain proper covid-19 protocol.

**Compensation**: Compensation depends on you experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

COVID-19 considerations:
We perform phone consultation remotely to limit exposure, we screen patient time before their visit for COVID-19, we limit number of personal in the premises to mínimal numbers all the time.
