Executive Assistant - Real Estate & Artist Management

Full-Time | $50K | Toronto (Hybrid)

Are you an organized, high-energy professional who loves variety?

We’re looking for a versatile Executive Assistant to support two dynamic businesses:

- A boutique real estate development firm
- An acclaimed artist management's bookings

This is a unique role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working closely with Founders, and can balance structure with creativity.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll split your time between real estate support (approx. 70%) and artist management (approx. 30%).

Real Estate Development
- Manage client inquiries and coordinate meetings
- Prepare sales documents, contracts, and digital packages
- Maintain organized CRM and filing systems
- Assist with marketing launches, investor communications, and follow-ups

Artist Management
- Respond to booking inquiries and client communications
- Schedule meetings with clients, artist and event planners
- Issue performance contracts and track payments
- Support social media and promotional activities
- Follow up with clients post-event for testimonials and referrals

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with confidence on Zoom and in-person
- Sales energy with professionalism — able to explain and promote services clearly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Tech-savvy and adaptable with CRMs, scheduling, and digital tools (Adobe,
- Experience in real estate, events, or sales coordination is a plus
