**Department Summary**
The People team acts as a support function of the business, working with employees and management to deliver value to the organization in alignment to our pillars of Organizational Excellence, Employee Engagement, and Education.
The Recruitment Coordinator will participate and support the organizations talent acquisition needs to enhance and support MSC’s talent strategy. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruitment, this role supports all facets of Human Resources and contributes to the goals and results of the recruitment team. The focus of this role will be to provide the best recruitment experience to all internal and external clients.
**Key accountabilities**
**Specific Tasks**
- Support the talent acquisition cycle from beginning to end
- Enter new hire information into our internal HRIS
- Research, create and maintain job descriptions, updates, and postings online
- Maintain our recruitment tracking system
- Support Recruitment Partners with any open requisitions by organizing, coordinating, and communicating with all parties involved in the hiring process
- Work with the recruitment team to help build a talent pipeline through creative and strategic attraction techniques including networking referral generation.
- Support the Recruitment Partners with the Recruitment Referral program
- Perform any additional tasks as required and requested by management to meet departmental needs_
**Qualifications and Competencies**

- 1-3 years Human Resources experience
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibits a high standard of excellence, integrity, and confidentiality
- Impeccable time-management, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and an innovative team player with a willingness to work within a constantly changing fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, Bilingual (French/English preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook,)
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems, an asset
- CRHA/CHRP membership, an asset
