Reporting to the Senior Manager, Recruiter Coordinator has a role for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team.They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, On Boarding and field operations management teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing content for job postings, posting jobs in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing and screening resumes.
- Create and maintain job description library.
- Manage LinkedIn recruiter profile by maintaining and updating all job postings.
- Complete thorough reference checks.
- Prepare and submit all change of status reports related to rate changes, releases, rehire, and seniority dates for hourly personnel.
- Conduct first-level phone screens confirming credentials and work experience based on site specific safety conditions and requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking HR metrics to monitor recruitment trends and determine potential improvements.
- Establish strong internal relationships with the business and field personnel
- Record and submit all employee referral bonus to payroll.
- Other duties as directed by the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
What we are Looking For
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+/- years experiences in an administrative/recruitment capacity in a construction company.
- Exceptional communication and phone skills with an ability to build rapport while conducting a high volume of calls daily
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals
- Self-motivated, action oriented and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Proven planning and organizational skills, high attention to detail and exceptional ability to follow through
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (French is an asset)
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Evidence of sound judgement in supporting the overall success of the team and efficiently and effectively completing tasks, assignments and projects while adding value in the process
