**About the Role**:
**We are hiring** top-tier in-home closers** who excel at converting warm, pre-qualified homeowner appointments into signed contracts. We provide high-intent leads, in-home assessments, and full sales support — you bring the ability to present, overcome objections, and close on the first visit. **What You’ll Do**:
**- ** Conduct**in-home sales consultations** with**pre-qualified leads**
- **Average**3-4 booked appointments per day** (set for you)**
- **Deliver persuasive presentations and close deals during the first visit**
- **Explain product, pricing, incentives, and financing clearly**
- **Handle objections and maintain high close-rate standards**
- **Submit signed deals and required documentation for processing**
**What We’re Looking For**:
**- ** Proven**in-home closing experience** (HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred)**
- **Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills**
- **Must have a**valid driver's license** and reliable transportation**
- **Ability to thrive in a self-directed, performance-driven environment**
- **CRM or digital contract experience is a plus**
**Compensation**:
**This role is**100% commission**, with top closers earning**:
**$150,000-$250,000+ per year** (no caps, unlimited potential)**
