**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage audits of our clients from planning to completion and ensure client service excellence.
- Assist with firm quality control processes as it relates to QA review for compilation/accounting department.
- Supervise and monitor fieldwork, including guidance on risk assessment and executing audit procedures, preparing budgets, and providing technical expertise.
- Communicate with clients with respect to all aspects of the engagement such as documentation requirements, timing, tax planning, and billings.
- Provide guidance to compliance group on firm standards and assist with firm quality assurance.
- Coach, train, and mentor audit staff.
- Conduct annual performance reviews with the team.
**Requirements**:
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience managing a team of Professionals within the Public Accounting industry.
- Previous experience using the various accounting frameworks applicable in Canada (IFRS, ASPE, NPO and/or Public Sector).
- Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the client’s business to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities and take initiative to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with CaseWare is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

**Salary**: From $90,000.00 per year
