Helijet International Inc. is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Quality Assurance Manager, (QAM). **Qualifications**:

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Hold a valid M1 and/or M2 Transport Canada AME license for a minimum of 6 years.
- Must have current, formal QA training and experience
- Preference given to those that hold or have held Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) on Sikorsky S76 series, Airbus H125/AS350 B2/B3, Pilatus PC12, Bombardier Lear 31
- Previous experience in an EMS environment, multi-engine IFR aircraft, or Airline would be considered an asset for this position.

Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
- The Quality Assurance Manager, QAM, is responsible to the Director of Maintenance, and maintains a line of communication to the Accountable Executive
- Performs audits on the Helijet maintenance control system, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and the Helijet MPM and MCM
- Perform Quality Assurance evaluations and audits in accordance with the Helijet Company Operations Manual
- Maintain a system for ensuring that all relevant, current maintenance publications and technical data is available to the Chief Engineer
- Act as liaison between Helijet and TCCA
- Meet the requirements of CAR 573.04 (PRM alternate)
- Ability to make sound and safe decisions, while following documented policies and procedures
- Excellent command of the English language both written and oral
- Proficient using Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Excellent organizational skills, strong troubleshooting, and time management skills
- Commitment to teamwork and working in a safety-oriented atmosphere
- Organized self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Excellent ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
- Strong Mentorship skills and positive attitude are valuable assets in this role
- Must provide proof of receiving at least two Covid-19 vaccinations. Helijet strictly adheres to all Federal and Provincial Covid-19 guidelines.
- Ability to gain a YVR RAIC for ramp access
- Travel to sub-bases required periodically to perform inspections and audits. This may require same day or overnight travel as required.

**Salary**: $125,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
