**WHAT WHAT YOU WILL DO**
The Digital Content Specialist supports the coordination, scheduling, and creative execution of digital signage content for production events and meetings for an established global technology compc client.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of digital signage displays and activations throughout the event venue.
- Work collaboratively with partner and client teams to coordinate and schedule engaging content.
- Conduct regular inspection of digital signage displays and activation systems.
**D DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the highest quality standards for all digital displays, including formatting graphics and event information with attention to detail.
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings to align on procedures, scheduling, and production briefs.
- Document and communicate processes throughout each event.
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as power cycling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report technical issues promptly and ensure timely repairs.
- Participate in assessment of technical challenges and oversee creation of incident and postmortem reports.
- Provide backup support for the Event Production team as needed.
**WHAT WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
M Must-have skills & job qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, graphic audio/visual and video production, or another similar field.
- 1+ years of experience in:
- database and scheduling management
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
- Passion for creating engaging digital content.
- Ability to work independently and be self-reliant in the execution of daily responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate challenging aspects to clients while maintaining a high level of confidence and leadership.
- Track record of being organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and working well in a team atmosphere, as well as having the capability to work well individually, is essential.
- Strong work ethic, self-direction, self-motivation, patience, persistence, and perspective.
- Excellent collaboration and customer relationship skills with the understanding of the importance of white glove service.
- Consistent proactive preparation and timely responses to multiple channels of communication.
Nice-t Nice to have skills
- Knowledgeable in the operations and technical execution of video production, audio-visual technology, and event space facilities.
- Experience in various production roles including but not limited to technical directing, audio mixing, camera operation, and editing.
- College degree in video production, broadcasting, communications, or similar field.
**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Travel may be required based on requirements and location of productions and service needs including meetings at client offices and AVI-SPL offices.
