You have hands-on experience creating engaging content geared towards virality and social media growth on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms. You are self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team. You have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality and are a team player with a collaborative mindset, adaptable in a fast-changing environment and detail-oriented with a knack for understanding brand identity and tone. **What You'll Do** - Produce, host, shoot and edit original video-based content for social video platforms. - Generate and pitch content ideas, write scripts, schedule shoots and other pre and post-production activities. - Collaborate with other team members and participate in regular meetings via Google Meet and in-person as necessary. - Upload and organize projects and footage on the video team’s hot and cold storage management systems. - Pitch video ideas with a focus on lifestyle and culture including events, food, travel, nightlife, shopping and other topics. - Collaborate on team-wide projects and initiatives when applicable. - Participate in discussions around weekly assignments, pitches, revisions and more as necessary. **What You Have** - Proven experience as a videographer creating lifestyle and culture content. - On-camera experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and/or Instagram. - In depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram platforms and best practices. - The ability to work independently to shoot video-based content to bring your ideas to fruition but also collaborate with fellow team members as applicable on script writing and editing. - Excellent time management, attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, collaborate with others and consistently hit deadlines and content and growth targets. - Ability to work unconventional hours, evenings and weekends as applicable. - A keen attitude and hunger to tell stories. - Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills is a must. - A hawk-eye attention to detail, from video quality control to basic copy editing skills. - Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a demand for Premiere Pro; knowledge in After Effects; experience with Photoshop/Illustrator; and baseline knowledge of Media Encoder. **What We Offer** - Flexible paid time off policy to ensure you're able to get the break you need and work at an optimized level. - Opportunity for both professional and personal growth. - Hybrid work environment. - Benefits package including dental, vision and extended health starting after 3 months.
