The In
- House Content Creator is an integral part of the Oakwyn family. The Content Creator is Oakwyn’s eye into the community, brand, & energy of our culture. The Creator helps our brand, agents and internal team to share messages, mottos, campaigns, & values all in the unique aspirational style that Oakwyn is known for. They are always eager to help, and provide beyond amazing customer service. A positive attitude, eye for aesthetic, ever-evolving media skills and being a team player is a must.

Job Duties:

- Create Oakwyn Realty Ltd. corporate media content through photography & videography
- Work with Brand Director & Oakwyn Agents on content & narrative that allows the brand to evolve and share moments with our greater community
- Take brand lifestyle content for corporate collateral and social media through photography & videography
- Communicate & collaborate with Oakwyn Realty marketing team, agents, and vendors.

Other duties upon request:

- Assist with Oakwyn Realty events and initiatives
- Assisting Oakwyn agents with projects approved by Oakwyn Director of Brand
- Assist and create assets for Oakwyn Realty sister alliances, Franchises and/or companies

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education in photography, film, video production, or fine art
- High level photography and video editing skills

Assets:

- Education or experience in marketing
- Understanding of social media
- Own car
- Experience in content creation
- Copywriting and editing skills
- Blog writing & Web editing skills
- Drivers license and vehicle

Working hours are flexible at 30 hours a week.
