You’ll work with an incredibly talented marketing team to take on challenging projects, push creative boundaries, and actively shape the future of this planet.

As a Content Creator at Damon’s Vancouver office, you are responsible for producing video and photo assets based on concepts from the creative team. We’re looking for a self-starter who can take an idea and bring it to life using the tools of his craft. A part of the role will also include assisting the senior content producer with production and post-production.

**Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Photography/Videography: Executing creative assignments as per the project brief. Breaking down the assignment, planning, making a shot list, location scouting, organizing the shoot, and capturing the content.
- Photo + Video Editing: Editing and delivering photo/video assets for delivery in various optimized formats. Editing is best done in accordance with the stylistic requirements of the project and brand guidelines.
- Social Media Content Creation**:Capturing and editing on mobile devices for quick social media posting, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Data Management**:Managing data to ensure marketing assets are well-organized, backed up, and easy to find.
- Maintenance: Making sure all of Damon’s camera equipment is kept clean and organized.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Communications, or Film Production with a minimum of 4+ years of related experience including experience in a professional videography role either in television or advertising, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Creative mind with an eye for detail and storytelling skills
- High level of proficiency with digital video and photography equipment
- Excellent understanding of lighting for various styles.
- Masterful editing skills with video and photography assets.
- High degree of proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, studio management and color composition
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.

**Plus**
- Motion graphics
- 80+ hours of experience on a union set (feature film or television series).
- Exposure to the automotive or extreme sports industry.
- Bonus if you ride motorcycles.
