Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sales & Marketing Specialist/Leader to enhance our brand presence and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, product management, and sales strategy, with a proven ability to leverage e-commerce platforms and digital advertising channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to improve user experience and boost online sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and gain insights into the competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate product management activities, including product launches, updates, and lifecycle management.
  • Efficiently manage marketing budgets, tracking expenditures and results of campaigns.
  • Lead email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and retain existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.
  • Work closely with operations and sales departments to define and achieve sales targets.

  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms and product management processes.
  • Strong market research skills to analyze trends and customer demands.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,836.57-$56,467.23 per year
