**About Us**

At Integrated, we provide specialized environmental and land survey services to Alberta’s oil and gas industry. Our team is committed to excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting responsible resource development. We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Surface Land or Environmental Administrator to join our **Calgary office**and support our field and regulatory teams.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain land and environmental project databases and tracking systems
- Assist in the preparation of environmental reports and deliverables
- Liaise with stakeholders including landowners, government agencies, and clients
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain electronic filing systems for audit readiness

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or certificate in Land Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in surface land or environmental administration (oil & gassector preferred)
- Familiarity with Alberta regulatory frameworks (AER, AEP, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with land systems (e.g., IRIS, AbaData, ETS) is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
