Social Media Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage content calendars and content buckets for various social media platforms.
- Create engaging campaigns and contests to enhance user interaction and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute content calendars for social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written).
- Monitor and respond to user engagement on social media platforms.
- Drive organic growth across social media channels through effective content and engagement strategies.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to assess trends and activity on social media accounts.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with brand campaigns and goals.
- Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Explore new social media channels and evaluate their potential impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic graphic design skills.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
