**Duties**:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and Tick Tock
- Create engaging and shareable content including text, image, video, reels posts and stories
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data to identify trends and insights for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Complete various assigned tasks from the Management team

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Outstanding copywriting, social media, or video production skills
- Experience with social media management tools
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research
- Proficient in using CANVA (or similar) for graphic design purposes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Knowledge of advertising strategies on social media platforms
- Experience with e-commerce platforms
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Commitment to completing tasks
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Must be able to manage deadlines and work independently, while also working in a small team dynamic.
- Proven ability to adapt to new digital platforms.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week
