Box Concepts Food Group is the head office of several fast-casual restaurant chains with multiple locations growing throughout Canada. Our brands include Wok Box, Firecrust Pizza, Tu Taco, Taco Delhi and Chubbs. We are currently seeking a **Part** **Time** **Social Media Coordinator** to join our team twenty-four (24) hours per week - six hours daily Monday - Thursday in our South Surrey office.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for gathering and scheduling unique, high-quality content for brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tik Tok. Additionally, the Social Media Coordinator will support the Office Administrator by being the company’s first point of contact with our customers, vendors and franchise partners as well as assisting with some key daily admin tasks.

- Managing a social media content calendar and ensuring content on social media is fresh, accurate and scheduled correctly?
- Monitoring and engaging with customer feedback to ensure social media platforms are alive, positive and supporting?
- Gathering and reviewing social media analytics for Social Media Strategy Sessions?
- Managing customer feedback and working with Regional Directors to resolve any issues and ensure outstanding customer experience?
- Being the first point of contact for customers in the office or through other channels?
- Managing mail and courier shipments?
- Supporting operations and administration with sales and other reports?

- Strong at communicating in English, both written and orally?
- Have an eye for aesthetics and a strong attention to detail?
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities?
- Bringing 1-2 years of experience in social media?
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook? Adobe is an asset.
- Energized when working as part of a diverse and passionate team as well as independently to get the job done?
