Reports To: National VP of Sales

Location: Calgary

Amount of Travel Required: 5% (for events)

The Administrative Assistant provides executive support to the leadership team. He/she must be detail-oriented, good at follow-up, and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment. This individual will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and be able to balance multiple priorities. He/she must also possess a high degree of confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
- Greet visitors and callers in the Western regional office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide National incoming call coverage when required.
- Provide callers and visitors with information and guidance to best meet their needs and the needs of the company.
- Provide National sales/marketing support where required.
- Provide backup support regarding shipping and receiving.
- Distribute mail and inter-company documents.
- Coordinate company events and travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain company office supplies.

**Education and experience**
- 3 years related experience

**Language**
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

**Computer skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) is a strong asset.
- Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes.

**Certificates & licenses**
- Valid driver’s license & Passport

**Other physical requirements**
- Regular use of computers and phones for communication.
- Occasional handling and packaging of small parts orders (up to 20 lbs).

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
