- Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for building long-term partnerships and driving sustainable growth? SIG, a global leader in innovative packaging solutions, is seeking a **Key Account Manager** to lead and expand our customer base across the USA.
- In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of SIG for key customers—cultivating relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a best-in-class experience by collaborating across internal teams (Supply Chain, Technical Service, Finance, and Marketing). You'll take ownership of your accounts' full P&L and be directly accountable for achieving ambitious volume and value targets.

**What you will do**
- **Be the trusted partner**: Serve as the primary commercial contact for key accounts, developing deep understanding of their goals and delivering value-driven solutions.
- **Deliver growth**: Identify, pitch, and close business opportunities within existing and new accounts—leveraging SIG’s cutting-edge packaging, equipment, and service portfolio.
- **Own the numbers**: Manage day-to-day sales operations and deliver on budgeted KPIs (volume, revenue, gross profit).
- **Collaborate to win**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- **Drive strategic expansion**: Lead the development of new business pipelines, providing key market insights to influence strategic direction and go-to-market initiatives.
- **Negotiate with confidence**: Lead contract development and project delivery with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong commercial focus.

**You bring these skills, experience & education**
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- **5+ years of progressive experience** in professional sales or business development—ideally within the **food & beverage**, **packaging**, or related industries.
- A proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering strong commercial results.
- Strong business acumen and experience navigating and influencing mid
- to senior-level stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of **Salesforce, SAP, and BW** systems.
