We are currently seeking a highly motivated, talented individual to join our team in the position of Fleet Coordinator.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities Included**:

- Manage the new car set up process of our vehicles.
- Maintain all company vehicle files.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery
- Prepare required documentation for new deliveries.
- Prepare vehicle registration documentation.
- Coordinating matters relating to the purchase, payment & registration of all vehicles
- Prepare required documentation for new purchases
- Inputting vehicle/owner information in databases
- Ensures compliance with livery standards and company policies and procedures.
- Provide functional oversight of all fleet vehicles.
- Inventory management of all equipment in vehicles, i.e. tablets, payment machines, cameras
- Update annual vehicle inspections database.

**Job Requirements and Qualification Include**:

- Work requires knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes.
- Work requires the ability to read work orders, specifications, and correspondence.
- Strong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of basic accounting processes.
- Quick in mentally determining accounting solutions to problems.
- Strong communication and time management/organizational skills
- Competent in making analyses involving numerical data.
- Strong information gathering ability.
- Assimilates verbal information rapidly.
- Self-starter, multi-tasker, self-motivated.
- Achievement oriented, competitive.
