**About Us**

We are a leading supplier of electrical insulation solutions, known for our high-quality products and strong commitment to customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Administrative Support** professional to assist our team with day-to-day administrative and accounting-related tasks.

**Position Overview**

The **Administrative Support** role is ideal for someone who is proactive, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic office environment. This part-time position focuses on general office administration, data entry, document management, and supporting our accounting department. Experience with **QuickBooks** is strongly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Use QuickBooks to assist with financial entries (if applicable)
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and office operations

**Qualifications**
- Previous administrative experience in an office setting preferred
- **Experience with QuickBooks is a strong asset**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

**Schedule & Hours**
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (6 hours per day)
- Part-time, in-office position
