Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant
Toronto, ON | Sanaz Design Inc. | $25/hr
Sanaz Design Inc., a leading luxury interior design firm, is hiring a highly organized, tech-savvy Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to support our projects and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, on-site role (no remote work). This position is includes a paid probationary period of 3 weeks, during which both the employee and the employer will assess suitability for the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, emails, calls, and client documents
- Coordinate between trades and support staging projects
- Assist with proposals, estimates, and project tracking
- Perform light bookkeeping and maintain filing systems
- Support website updates and manage social media platforms
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & AI tools (ChatGPT)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and friendly team player
- Interest in interior design (experience in creative industries an asset)
- Social media management experience preferred
Details
- $25/hour
- 25–35 hours per week
- 4–5 days on-site in Toronto
