Burnaby, Canada New Point Property Management Full time

**We are searching for a Full-Time Strata Property Manager to manage a portfolio of Strata Corporations in the Downtown and Central Vancouver area.**

Role Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and project management
- Organize services and maintenance with Strata contractors and clients
- Prepare minutes, agendas, and additional documentation for clients and meetings
- Attend Strata Council Meetings and General Meetings
- Assist Senior Manager with various administrative tasks and duties
- Prepare Operating Budgets, Schedules of Strata Fees and Special Assessments

Qualifications:

- Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
- Must work well independently
- Advanced level in MS Office and Zoom
- UBC Sauder Property Management Courses and License for Strata Management is an asset
