Based in Burnaby, we offer a full range of services, including janitorial, concierge, building management, snow removal, power cleaning, and restoration.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused **Concierge** to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of residents, visitors, and tradespeople, while also providing administrative support and coordinating essential building services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting residents, visitors, and trades with inquiries and access.
- Monitor building security through regular patrols and camera surveillance.
- Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, elevator bookings, and guest suite reservations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow building safety protocols.
- Manage building systems, including fobs, intercoms, and visitor parking passes.
- Document incidents and prepare operational reports for head office.
- Maintain the lobby’s appearance and support day-to-day building operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills; prior experience in a customer-facing role or hospitality training/education is an asset.
- Familiarity with strata buildings or experience in a strata-related role is an asset.
- A valid security license is an asset.
- Ability to take initiative and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
