POSITION TITLE: Bilingual Customer Care Representative
REPORTS TO: Customer Experience Manager
DEPARTMENT: Consumer Group - Operations
BAND LEVEL: L1

Job Description:

POSITION DESCRIPTION

What You Will Do:- Provide customer support including troubleshooting and assistance concerning product repair, use, and warranty.- Handle escalated customer inquiries, disputes, and problems within department guidelines.- Continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction.- Develop sound Product Knowledge.
