Looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established and growing company? The Simple Company is a multi-million-dollar organization in its 14th year of business and is looking for a Leasing Agent.

**The Role**
- Show available units and conduct property tours to prospective tenants
- Maintain and update wait lists for buildings
- Communicate with Property Manager, Property Administrator and onsite staff to ensure that rented units will be move in ready
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and fulfill the move in and move out process
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Property Manager

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Previous property management background an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Multitasking, and good organizational skills
- Sales or leasing experience preferred

You will need to make a great first impression whether that is in person or over the phone. You'll be interacting with a variety of people ranging from property managers, staff, tenants, and prospective tenants, so we're looking for people, who are pleasant and excited by the opportunity to show what they can do. Collaboration and team spirit are key for this position.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
