- **The Opportunity**_

CPG is seeking to hire Leasing Agent's to assist with our properties near Western University. Leasing Agent's will be responsible for over 500 new and renewal leases throughout the duration of their employment with a base salary and competitive commissions.
- **Essential functions**_
- Handling incoming/ outgoing telephone calls
- Prospecting for perspective tenants.
- Reaching out to leads in a timely manner
- Conducting building/unit tours.

- We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong people skills.
- The job includes fun weekly competitions, weekly bonuses, and staff events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay typically falls between: $3,000.00-$7,500.00 per month
