**Duties**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- List and market properties using social media, websites and photography
- Support management with errands and tasks related to renting
- Support administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.

**Experience**
- Previous Leasing experience is preferred.
- A background in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
- A background with advertising is key
- Familiarity with property management practices is ideal
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this role.
- High level communication is key in this role.

Flexible schedule, valid drivers license and a vehicle. (all properties are in London)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $23,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
