They play a crucial role in collaborating with customers throughout the leasing process, from its inception to occupancy. We are seeking an individual who is friendly, enthusiastic, and self-directed, capable of working both independently and collaboratively as an integral member of our team.

Main Responsibilities:
**Leasing & Lease Administration**:

- Schedule appointments with prospective residents, build a relationship and show vacant suites as directed by the Property Manager.
- Collect the Deposit, Home Insurance Confirmation and Utility Confirmation, if applicable.
- Schedule Tenancy Agreement signing appointment with resident(s) have Tenancy Agreement signed by all relevant parties, perform move-in inspection and provide all keys.
- Report results on a weekly basis to Property Manager.
- Inspect all vacant units to confirm clean and in ready condition when required by the Property Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow up practices with prospective tenants.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Strong time management.

**Education**:

- Minimum - High school Diploma (Grade 12).

**Experience**:

- Preference: Previous experience as Leasing Agent.

**Skills and abilities**:

- Excellent customer service orientation.
- A high degree of common sense.
- Patient with the ability to listen to others.
- Takes initiative.
- Strong planning and organization.
- Attention to details.

**Special Requirements**:

- Must have your own operating vehicle and Valid Driver’s License.
