Property Administrator/leasing Agent

**Required work experience**:
- Minimum of 6 months in real estate/property management/office administrative setting. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE working in a real estate/property management company.
- Proficient in Yardi, Excel, Word.
- Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).
**Responsibilities of this job**:
- Perform general office and administrative duties (phone management, filing, excel and Yardi data input, etc.) for a multi-family/apartment building.
- Working with Tenant Receivables
- including rent payments, and deposits.
- Deliver/send out weekly collection letters.
- Dealing with Tenant questions and responding in a timely manner.
- Overseeing renovations of rental units and contractors.
- Assist in the preparation of all necessary paperwork surrounding leasing, lease addendums, parking etc. as needed.
- Assist in collection and submission of LTB forms.
- Arrange meetings for approved leases with tenants.
- Show rental units as needed.
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure proper filing of receipts.
- Track additional charges to tenants as required (parking, lockers etc..) and advise head office as needed.
- Maintenance & Repair Administration.
- Liaise with building staff, head office staff, tenants and contractors/vendors in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
- Enter data through Yardi when necessary.
- Update and maintain all tenant related information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
