Accounting Clerk/office Administrator

**Founded in 2007, Quality Machining and Automation (QMA) is one of the leading in high precision machining in Ontario. We are equipped with over 8,000 square feet of state-of-the-art machinery and capable of running production 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.**
**Thanks to our large, multi-platform machining facility (which includes 5-Axis, CNC Vertical and CNC lathe machining centres) we serve a wide variety of North American manufacturing industries such as Aerospace, Automotive and Military/Defense. We are certified ISO 9100 and TS certified, plus controlled goods.**
We are looking for a receptionist with the qualifications/skills:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and route calls as necessary
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaint if possible
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Assist on AR, AP as requested
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Customer Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Great customer service attitude
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
