**What a day look like as a Scheduling Specialist**:
**Shipping & Installations**
- Input shipping lists into CRM system and create installation events.
- Track product shipments, confirm arrivals, and ensure all necessary parts are available for scheduled installations.
- Coordinate with Order Desk and Installation Managers for any follow-ups.

**Deliveries & Scheduling**
- Book product deliveries with vendors and ensure timelines align with installations.
- Schedule installations within 2 weeks of product receipt and maximize installer availability.
- Adjust calendars as needed to address scheduling conflicts or changes.

**Work Orders & Service Coordination**
- Create accurate work orders for service calls and inspections, ensuring all required information is included.
- Upload work orders into CRM system and follow up on completion.
- Coordinate with Order Desk if parts required and book follow-up service.

**Measurements & Project Coordination**
- Book measurement appointments within 7 days of being added to the calendar.
- Follow all special instructions and coordinate with customers, Order Desk, and Project Managers.
- Ensure all work orders for measurements are accurate, complete, and uploaded before the scheduled date.

**Communication & Follow-Up**
- Maintain proactive communication with Order Desk, Project Managers, Installation Managers, and customers.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Stay up to date with product updates and internal process improvements.
- Collaborate with your manager on career development and learning goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in scheduling or project coordination is preferred.
- Strong customer service skill is required.
