**Position Overview**

As a Solar Scheduling Coordinator, you'll canvas designated neighborhoods, engage with homeowners to determine their eligibility for solar solutions, and schedule in-depth consultations with our solar experts. This is a fast-paced, interactive role perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face interactions and wants to make a real impact in the green energy sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Canvass assigned areas to identify homeowners interested in exploring solar energy.
- Engage homeowners in informative conversations to assess their qualifications for solar installation.
- Schedule sit-down consultations between homeowners and our solar specialists.
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and appointments in the company database.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to explain basic solar energy concepts (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Pay: $600.00-$2,100.00 per week
