We’re launching an exciting new project to review and revolutionize oral health services for Indigenous communities across the province Our goal is to make quality healthcare more accessible and prioritize the well-being of these communities.

**Title**: Project Manager, Oral Health Transformation Project
**Salary**: $97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - until February 26, 2027
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs Monday
- Friday, normal office hours 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office).

**About the role**
As the Oral Health Transformation Project Manager will lead an innovative and impactful initiative to revolutionize oral health services in First Nations communities across BC Working closely with the Health Benefits and Services team, community partners, vendors, and key stakeholders, this role will drive meaningful change and enhance access to quality oral healthcare for Indigenous populations.
By collaborating with internal teams like the Oral Health, Community Relations, IMIT, and community-based Health Leads, the Project Manager will ensure that services are expanded and tailored to meet the unique needs of BC First Nations. This dynamic, agile role spans the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring the successful delivery of transformative outcomes on time and within budget.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education**
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Computer Science/Business/Health Informatics) or an equivalent

combination of education and experience.

**Occupational Certification**
- Certificate in Project Management Institute’s (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Proven supervisory and management experience
- Proven experience in managing large scale health care projects, especially eHealth/Health Informatics projects
- Knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture is an asset
- Knowledge of privacy legislations in BC is an asset

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
