It's an exciting time to join as you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience, designing, onboarding, and training sessions for FNHA’s Medical Transportation Administration System. In collaboration with the Project Manager you will enhance the organization's medical transportation program, making a direct impact on healthcare delivery.
**Title**: Project Analyst
**Salary**: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - Until March 31, 2026
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs Monday
- Friday, normal office hours 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver office - Alberni office, on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. Hybrid working in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. (Hybrid - minimum 50% in the office).
**About the role**
As the Project Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of virtual onboarding and training sessions for MT technologies and supporting the project manager in project coordination, organization and tracking throughout the project life cycle. The Project Analyst will assist in the planning and organization of a community implementation schedule for FNHA’s web-based Medical Transportation Administration System, “Kucén”, in line with community availability and interest. Furthermore, the Analyst will develop new training content and other project artifacts that support successful overall delivery of the Medical Transportation Transformation Project
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional certification and training in areas such as project management, process improvement, change management, and group facilitation.
**Experience**
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly in a virtual environment.
**Knowledge and Abilities**
- Knowledge of clinical health care practice, education and program planning, development, implementation and evaluation.
- Ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse user groups, including individuals from First Nations communities.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
