**Title**: Project Manager, Nursing Projects
**Salary**: $97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Term - March 31, 2025 (with the possibility of extension)
**Hours**: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)
**Location**: Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver
- Hybrid (50% in office). Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, summer 2025.
**About the role**
The Project Manager will oversee the entire HIV Health Promotion and Prevention program initiative, from visioning and mapping the project’s scope to managing funding distribution and community engagement. Working closely with the CDPPH management team, STBBI team and Project Coordinator, you will:
- Identify need, and define project goals, funding parameters, and deliverables with a focus on health promotion and prevention.
- Lead the development and execution of calls for proposals, ensuring equitable access to smaller communities through resources like grant-writing support.
- Manager the receipt, review, and scoring of community proposals, creating selection committees, and coordinating funding transfers.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with communities to evaluate progress, support their objectives, and ensure successful reporting and evaluation.
- Oversee the creation of a final report summarizing project outcomes and community impact.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be
- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business/Health Informatics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of recent direct Project Management experience in managing healthcare service delivery projects.
- Proven supervisory and management experience.
- Certificate in Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
- Versed in the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) is required.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
