**MAIN DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS**

**Managing our Digital Presence (45 %)**

In particular, he or she will be responsible for the management of 3 websites and several social media accounts:
- Create ads for Facebook, IG, Google
- Maintain a regular posting schedule of creative and well written posts on all social media platforms ensuring we are using the latest tools and strategies to ensure growth
- Find and join Facebook / IG groups that may benefit from services / products; and connecting with potential customers
- Content research for each company, creating content for social media channels
- Develop new social media strategies and campaigns
- Write and distribute a newsletter informing customers of upcoming campaigns and new products
- Create and run marketing campaigns (giveaways, Facebook ads, and other digital marketing schemes)
- Create daily content for social media using content calendar
- Social media feed management and planning for future growth
- Create content and copywriting for websites
- Setup newsletters for each website on a weekly basis and per sale event
- Plan for sale events and create posts and ads for them
- Use asana or similar calendar for organizing monthly work, including holiday posts and sale events
- Create Pinterest moodboard for each website
- Create YouTube channel for Eurekatec and create plan for an established channel
- Take videos for TikTok and YouTube while techs are working on projects on a daily basis
- Create plan for YouTube channel when content is not available
- Create list of potential customers that can be contacted for selling them services or products
- Constantly looking to modernize and improve existing processes

**Sales (45 %)**
- Manage and maintain a record of all clients and our relationship status (CRM)
- Create/Distribute promotional materials such as letters, flyers, and posters
- Planning and execution of free sample packages for potential clients

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- High School diploma
- Basic math
- Strong Research and documentation skills
- Strong writing / oral communication skills
- Creative writing skills
- Able to use computers proficiently and willing to learn new software
- Willing to continually learn new strategies and deploy them to maximize growth
- Effective team player that follows directions
- Also known by others for their creative writing skills, advanced spelling and grammar skills, idea generation, outgoing nature and vibrant personality, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to think strategically, lifelong learner, and ability to manage many tasks effectively and efficiently
- Able to do repetitive tasks while sitting or standing; as well work at desk for extended periods of time
- Able to work in a busy environment, under stress and tight deadlines
- Solid social media platform skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Attending and / or completed a Marketing program is an asset
- Attending / Attended a Social Media management program is an asset
- Video editing, video shooting, and product photography skills also an asset
- First Aid, WHMIS, and OH&S is an asset
