**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.

- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitive landscape and emerging trends.
- **Content Creation**: Design posts, collaborate on content ideas, oversee editing, and maintain brand consistency.
- **Reception & Client Service**: Welcome clients, schedule appointments, and deliver an outstanding in-salon experience.
- **PR & Community Engagement**: Manage media relations, influencer partnerships, and coordinate seasonal PR campaigns.
- **Community Involvement**: Engage with local charities, establish partnerships, and promote community events.
**Skills**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving targets.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in outside sales roles.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of closing deals effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Experience in business development to drive growth initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduation from a digital marketing, business, marketing, or a related college or university program.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, sales, or social media (beauty industry experience preferred but not required).
- A strong client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time in both front-line and strategic roles.

Pay: $35,568.00-$41,184.00 per year
