The Brand Experience Ambassador will report to Sales and Business Development manager and working closely with Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and retailers, answering questions and providing information about our products and services
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Educating customers about our brands and our products, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings
- Reaching out to retailers to inquire sell trends, inventory feedback and providing up to date product catalogue, product information and promotions
- Participating in product demonstrations primarily in the Atlantic region, product knowledge sessions online and in person, and other promotional activities
- Providing excellent customer service and support to all clients
- Maintaining a professional image and representing the brand in a positive manner
- Collaborating with the marketing team to utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote the brand and its products
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Engaging with potential customers at events and trade shows
- Assist with the creation and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Review and analyze weekly sales data to support sales and marketing strategy in Nova Scotia.
- Accurately and efficiently maintain and update customer information into our database
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand activations and promotions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and regulations
- Collect customer feedback and insights, reporting to business development to inform future marketing strategies

**Requirements**:
High school diploma, post-secondary in communications, marketing, or an equivalent field preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A friendly and outgoing personality

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft suit, Power BI, CRM software and social media platforms ie. Reddit, IG and Discord

Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Knowledge of the cannabis industry and products is a plus, but not required

Occasional out of province travel may be required
