**Fully remote or hybrid work opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Subject Matter Expert for HRIS Ceridian Dayforce
- Work with key stakeholders to support the HRIS Applications Ceridian Dayforce and SAP SuccessFactors, which includes ongoing maintenance and roll-out of new modules and organizational entities;
- Understands company business processes and business best practices to provide support and direction
- Communicates with stakeholders (written and verbal) clearly to ensure support issues and project tasks are dealt with quickly and efficiently;
- Works with HR Team and Ceridian Dayforce tech support to identify bugs and recommend, prioritize, and implement enhancements
- Conducts analysis and review of system upgrades and patches to assess impacts to business process and technical design
- Develops, executes test plans, and documents test results when required;
- Assists in the design and deployment of internal control policies;
- Participates in ad-hoc projects as required by management;
- Backup to payroll processing working with payroll team by preparing, verifying, and process Canadian bi-weekly hourly, salaried, union, and non-union payroll.
- Develop, test and train users on HR BI Reports
- Documents and implements process changes and improvement;
- Provides cross-functional support to other members of the IS Applications team
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments across the organization;
- Other duties as required.

**Competencies**:

- 3 - 5 years experience with Ceridian Dayforce
- A university degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
- Ability to engage multiple departments and projects at the same time and manage priorities
- Excellent levels of problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently without supervision
