**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Assemble and disassemble the stuffing machines
- Retrieve production materials, load casing into the machine and set-up the machine program
- Operate the stuffing machinery, safely clear jams and troubleshoot as required
- Push buggies of meat into the machine lifter
- Tie ends of sausages and hang onto racks
- Move product racks to the appropriate staging area
- Check the quality of product and report any product defects
- Follow all prescribed SOPs, rotation schedules, HACCP, GMP and CCP procedures

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Able to work with raw meat
- Able to lift up to 20kg
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Reading, writing and mathematical skills required
- Ability to follow direction and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a team member
- **Previous work experience in manufacturing is preferred but is not required, if you’re eager to learn, we would love for you to apply**.
