**Administrative Assistant**

Choueke Hollander S.E.N.C.R.L / Choueke Hollander LLP is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team of legal professionals. As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's daily operations, providing essential support to our team. In our friendly and collaborative atmosphere, your impeccable organizational skills will shine as you manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with legal documentation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every turn.

Your bilingual proficiency in English and French will enable you to thrive in our bilingual workspace, effectively communicating with clients and colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team of attorneys, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm.
- Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings, and assist in organizing legal documents and correspondence.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, offering a professional and welcoming first impression of the firm.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

**Qualifications**:

- Training: High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of relevant training or courses in administrative procedures and office management is an asset.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, digital communication tools, and the ability to adapt to new software as needed.
- Time Management: Strong ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks, ensuring optimal time utilization for the team
- Diligence and Reliability: Exhibit a strong work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to communicate effectively in English and French.
- Proactive Attitude: Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach in anticipating and resolving administrative needs efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
